The Mix
Beth dated Tony for many months. She was very ‘into’ him and made him a great CD mix of meaningful, romantic music. They continued to date, but he wouldn’t commit and they eventually split. Beth later heard Tony had gotten married. A short time after, Beth was riding in the car of the friend who had originally fixed her up with Tony. To Beth’s surprise, the friend was playing the CD that Beth had given to the former beau. When she asked him where he got the music, the friend said, “Isn’t it great? Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl combine mix, pudding, eggs, extract, water and oil. Blend on low, and then, as you get angrier, increase speed until well blended. In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup batter with chocolate syrup. Vigorously spray bundt pan with cooking spray and pour remaining batter into pan. Batter will look as green as your sickened face. Pour chocolate batter over green batter. Place in oven and bake 45-50 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes, then plate and cool another hour. If crushed nuts are desired, sprinkle on top with a smile.
